I’ve been involved in the alcohol industry for more than a decade, and I come from humble beginnings. After too many run-ins with poorly made drinks using products with the most artificial of ingredients, I decided that drinking just HAD to be better. Ten years later, I’ve been behind every kind of bar. I’ve seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and the downright stomach-churning. What I’ve learned? Fresh ingredients make all the difference, and a little bit of finesse and science goes a long way.
